Anxious? Stressed out? Tired all the time? 30 minutes per day can change that.


sad-2182545_1920There could be a million reasons why you feel bad. But the root of all these reasons lies in not knowing how to relax and clean your mind.

We are eating unhealthy food, because we feel a lot of tensions and frustrations in our lives, so we want those 5 minutes of sweetness. We do not have energy to do a workout, because negative thinking, fears and doubts burn down the energy. We have too much things to do, because our thinking is like a big mess and we can’t decide which goals and tasks are more important than others.

Watching TV – is not a relaxation. Scrolling on Instagram – is not a relaxation too. Drinking wine – is the opposite of real relaxation. Relaxation is when you release your tensions and clear your mind.

And one more time I am talking about Yoga nidra. I believe that this technique is one of the best daily practices to become your best self.

“Yoga nidra is the science of relaxation which enables each of us to dive deep down into the realms of the subconscious mind, thereby releasing and relaxing mental tensions, and establishing harmony in all facets of our being” (Swami Satyananda Saraswati).

“Release of tension, relaxation and peace of mind are the secret of transformation. When a man is under tension, his behaviour is influenced, and when he relaxes, he becomes natural. He knows the reality, the truth. Then he also knows how to behave, because the knowledge of truth is necessary for right behaviour. And knowledge of truth only comes when you are free of tension” (Swami Satyananda Saraswati).

Try it for a week daily. There’s no way you will not feel any positive changes in your life.


You don’t know what sankalpa is?
Sankalpa is a statement, which does something for us. In other words it helps to achieve our purposes and make our dreams come true. You have to think about your sankalpa before Yoga Nidra begins, and you will have to repeat it three times mentally in the beginning and in the end of the practice. You have to repeat it with full determination and confidence. Sankalpa is like a seed, you plant it in your subconscious during deep relaxation and there is no way you will not see the plant later. So you have to choose sankalpa wisely.
My sankalpa is – “I am calm, relaxed, creative and happy”.
